Welcome to Hoop Dreams

We all have dreams of playing in the bright lights in front of an enormous crowd, taking the shot of a lifetime to down a rival team, lifting up a championship trophy to show who's on top. We aspire to play like the greats, both past and present. But all in all, it's our love for the game that keeps us engaged and always wanting more.

This is Hoop Dreams.

I'm creating this blog because I love the sport of basketball. In my eyes, it's always exciting and there can almost never be a dull moment on any given night in the NBA. I enjoy being able to break down both team and player performances; there's always something interesting we can dive into. In this blog, I'll be breaking down games as I watch them and highlight the performances of various players. They may be current games going on or I may look back and revisit past performances and watch for things I may have missed. 

As a fan of the game, I closely follow the Golden State Warriors. I fell in love with watching the Warriors during the 2014-2015 season, as Steve Kerr's motion offense drew me in with beautiful ball movement and unselfish play. My favorite player is Steph Curry; he makes the game so much more fun to watch and the things he's able to do on the court are just unreal.

This blog will be a place where I can post my thoughts and hopefully encourage discussion among other hoop fans. Some close friends of mine will also be contributing their thoughts, so check up on us daily.
